Yakult Malaysia partner with Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping to Promote Gut Health Through Its “A Healthier Gut Starts Young, Starts Within” Program.
TAIPING, 15 August 2026 – Yakult Malaysia, in partnership with Columbia Asia Hospital Taiping, successfully hosted the “A Healthier Gut Starts Young, Starts Within” program at Hua Lian High School to raise awareness about the importance of digestive wellness among children and parents. The initiative brought together more than 100 parents and children for an interactive and enjoyable day focused on building healthy lifestyle habits.
The event featured a diverse lineup of activities, including educational health talks, free health screenings, children’s coloring contest and an interactive hands-on yogurt bowl-making workshop.
“Our gut is central to our overall well-being, and through initiatives like this, we hope to empower the community with vital health knowledge while bringing health and happiness to all. Through interactive and hands-on nutritional workshops, participants gained insights into the importance of gut bacteria and learned valuable knowledge about maintaining a healthy digestive system.

活动于8月15日在太平华联中学举行，现场安排专业营养师健康讲座、免费健康筛查、儿童填色比赛及亲子营养酸奶制作工作坊，让家长与孩子在参与活动的同时，学习健康饮食及生活习惯。
