Home Delivery Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Recruit new customers
- Conduct door-to-door sales at residential areas

Home Delivery Market Development Coordinator (Outstation)
Location: Peninsular Malaysia (Based in HQ Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
- The main purpose of your role is to establish and cultivate regular customers by propagating the benefits of Yakult
- Door-to-door sales
- Carry out development activities in residential areas
- Responsible and able to manage Yakult Ladies
- Train, coordinate and manage Yakult Ladies
- Meeting sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quota by the company
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Education Level: SPM
- Possess own transport with class D license
- Familiarity with social media
- Speak and write in BM (Fluent in English is an added advantage)
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow
- Willing and ability to travel outstation as required
PR & Science Coordinator
Location: HQ Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Penang, Seremban, Kuching & Bintulu
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of Public Relations activities for the Company
- Provide health talks and conduct promotional activities catering to the general public
- Plan and manage public events in a creative way to reach out to the intended market
- Develop ongoing communication such as press and supporting multimedia assets
- Assist in any other PR events
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Science /Public Relations/Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker added advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with all levels of people (eg : children, adults, and elderly).
- Possess own transport with a Class D license

Platform Developer
Location: HQ Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of business problems and requirements
- Plan, Test, recommend and implement any required customization
- Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Office365 technologies in power platforms such as power apps, Power Automate, Forms, Sharepoint, etc
- Develop, follow and enforce technical guidelines and processes, such as coding standards
- Address and provide solution on the security vulnerability findings in the Power Platform
- Audit and ensure adequate usage of license and assure system performance to support business needs
- Explain and share technical requirements and information with end users
- Coordinate user acceptance testing
- Create technical and support documentation
- Provide knowledge to other team members. Mentor in architecture, standards, bestpractices, and approaches
- Perform any task as and when assigned by the superior
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master & Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent from a recognised university
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport with a Class D license
- May required to work out of normal working hours / weekends / public holidays
Sales Admin & Planning Assistant
Location: HQ Shah Alam, Ipoh & Dungun
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer and sales data
- Handle and control stock/sales material
- Support sales personnel
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- With or without relevant working experience
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
Accounts Assistant
Location: HQ Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Fully assist in the preparation of Account Payable (AP) documentations and accounting transactions
- Assist in preparation of all kinds of AP analysis, summaries and reports
- Ensure all AP transactions and documentations are comply with the Company's Policies.
- Assist/handle any ad hoc assignments as required by the Management from time to
time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Office, SAP, etc.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be advantageous

Demonstration Coordinator
Location: Ipoh, Melaka, Temerloh/Kuantan
Responsibilities:
- Manage promoter sales team
- Conduct event or do sampling activity for achieve sales target
- Conduct talks for product and its’ benefits
- Prepare monthly sales report
- Open sales order with schools and new clients
Requirements:
- Male / Female from 21-40 years old only
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license (D)
- Well versed with Microsoft Office and good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Willing to work over weekends and public holidays
