Store Sales Consultant

Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Yakult products to our existing customers (shops and/or supermarkets)
  • Open new customers accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM and above
  • With/ without sales experience
  • Possess a valid driving license with GDL driving license

Home Delivery Coordinator

Location: Nationwide

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new customers
  • Conduct door-to-door sales at residential areas
  • Explain product benefit to the customers
  • Manage subordinates

Requirements:

  • With/Without sales experience
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport
  • Good communication skills and willing to travel

Digital Marketing Executive

Location: HQ (Selangor)

Responsibilities :

  • Localize and execute the media strategy for B2C
  • Manage media agencies to ensure proper and on-time delivery
  • Translate campaign planning, channel initiatives, and business objectives into a clear acquisition strategy.
  • Increase quality traffic and audience on our database
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless user experience from call-to-action (CTA) to landing pages and optimized conversion rate.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts/campaigns (ROI & KPI).
  • Acquire insights on online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Forecast, track and report key store metrics of each E-Commerce platform, identify improvement areas to increase sales.
  • Implement e-commerce strategy (SEO, SEM, Mobile Advertising, YouTube, Social Media) to improve website performance and meet E-Commerce revenue targets.

Requirements : 

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field from a recognised university
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Capable of running a PDCA cycle
  • Sensitive to new trends/case studies and is capable of providing new ideas
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and interpersonal skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of managing ad hoc projects and overtime works when required.
  • Logical & critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

General Affair Assistant

Location: HQ (Selangor)

Responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for all administration activities and to ensure Office facilities is in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
  • Administer all activities related with company’s vendors for both head-office and all branches across Malaysia, including finding, sourcing and negotiating, coordinating and monitoring vendor’s performance. Vendors include security, general cleaning, office building maintenance, workshops and other outsourcing companies
  • Responsible to manage the warehouse, in line with organizations policies and also to ensure that standard systems and loading plans are properly maintained and followed at warehouses.
  • Make, arrange and support for hotel, flight bookings and special events or occasions.
  • Ensure company vehicles are sufficient to be allocated for Sales & Marketing Division and also to arrange for servicing, repairing, inspection, road tax renewal, insurance and summons for each vehicle as well as preparation of documents for JPJ and PUSPAKOM
  • Ensure suppliers and employees are following company rules & regulations
  • Handle the documentation and filling.
  • Handle stationery and groceries (including stock take)
  • Perform any other office related tasks according to the company’s needs. Support any other department and branches request and activities as and when required

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level and above
  • Minimum 1 Year of working experience in the related field
  • Good communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and etc.)
  • Possess own transport with license Class D. GDL License is an added advantage.

Human Resource Assistant

Location: HQ (Selangor)

Responsibilities :

  • Handle staff attendance & leave matters
  • Assist in claim for staff such as employees’ insurance, SOSCO, medical claim reimbursement and etc.
  • Assist in preparation of employment letters and correspondence letters
  • Assist in hiring process, new employee’s preparation and documentation, career fair and etc.
  • Provide support in payroll processing , other HR administrative tasks and documents filling.
  • Ensure training has been claimed by HRDF.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiar/ Basic knowledge in EA 1955, UNION and/or any HRMS system
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is added advantage for communicate and writing.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL) and Microsoft Teams
  • Possess own transportation with clean Class B2 and D driving license
  • Willing to travel to outstation and extra working hours (if required)
