1. Yakult Fiesta 2023 Colouring Contest (the “Contest”) is organised by Yakult (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).

2. The Contest will be held at Seremban Yakult Factory (the “Venue”) on 26th August 2023 as stated in the microsite that can be accessed through Yakult Malaysia website (the “Official Website”).

ELIGIBILITY

3. The Contest is open to children aged between 7 – 12 years old residing in Malaysia (the “Participants”) and divided into below category:

i. Category A: 7 to 9 years old

ii. Category B: 10 to 12 years old

4. By participating in the Contest, parents/ guardian of the Participants are deemed to have agreed/ given expressed permission to participant in the Contest and the terms and conditions.

5. Employee of the Organizer including their immediate family member, authorized distributors, wholesalers, companies/ corporations, and their agents are not eligible to participant in this Contest.

REGISTRATION

6. In order to register, parents/ guardian of the Participant must submit the Participant’s details to the Organizer via online registration at the microsite that can be accessed through the Official Website at www.yakult.com.my by 18/08/2023 at 11:59 pm Malaysia time.

7. Only 50 Participants can be accepted and it is subject to availbility on a first come, first served basis. The Contest’s registration will be confirmed via confirmation e-mail (“Confirmation E-mail”) and/or Whatsapp text messaging (“Confirmation Text”) which will be sent to the email address of Participant’s parents/ guardian that registered with the Organizer.

8. Participants that received the Confirmation E-mail/ or Text are required to confirm the attendance as per dealine stated. The Confirmation E-mail and/or Text are the only valid proof of confirmed registration.

9. Participant’s parents/ guardian shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant. The Organizer may contact the Participant from time to time by email, call or WhatsApp text message. Any notice sent shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant’s registration for the Contest.

10. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

11. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Contest entry to another party or change the Contest categories after his/her registration is confirmed.

CONTEST

12. The Contest begins on 26th August 2023 at 10:00am and ends on 26th August 2023 at 11:30am (the “Contest Period”).

13. The Participant is required to colour/ complete the colouring sheet in the Contest by using own colouring tools within the Contest Period.  Only 1 (one) entry will be accepted.

14. The Participant may add drawings of people, animals and objects on the colouring sheet.

15. Colouring materials/ tools like crayons, colour pencils or markers, and cleaning cloth may be used. No WATER COLOUR is allowed.

16. Participant must complete the colouring sheet by themselves without assistance from a third party.

17. All entries are evaluated based on neatness, use of colour and creativity of the completed colouring sheet. All entries shall become the property of the Organizer.

18. All decisions made by the Organizer will be final and no disputes will be entertained.

19. Each participant must be accompanied by a parent/adult guardian. Only 1 (one) parent/ guardian is allowed per Participant to accompany during the Contest.

WINNER ANNOUCEMENT

20. Winners will be announced on the same day as the Contest during the prize giving ceremony that will take place at the Venue.

21. All Participants are required to stay until the prize giving ceremony.

22. Should the selected Winners failed to be contacted by the Organiser before the prize giving ceremony, the Prize will be forfeited and the Winner will be replaced.

PRIZES

23. The Contest Prizes for each category are as follow:

i. 1st Prize (x1): RM 100 Bookstore Voucher, 1 pack Yakult Ace, 1 pack Yakult Ace Light, Yakult Exclusive Merchandise Items and Certificate

ii. 2nd Prize (x1): RM 50 Bookstore Voucher, 1 pack Yakult Ace, 1 pack Yakult Ace Light, Yakult Exclusive Merchandise Items and Certificate

iii. 3rd Prize (x1): RM 20 Bookstore Voucher, 1 pack Yakult Ace, 1 pack Yakult Ace Light, Yakult Exclusive Merchandise Items and Certificate

24. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable. No substitutions for prizes except by the Organiser, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

25. The Organizer reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notice.

26. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any lawsuits, claims, losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees that may arise from or in connection with the Contest.

27. The Organizer’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. Please read the Terms and Conditions before participating.

28. By participating in the Contest, Participants agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and grant the Organizer and their partner companies the use of data collected through the Contest, likeness, biographical data and statements for purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity, in any all media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
