Yakult Malaysia and Nutrition Society of Malaysia Celebrate Over a Decade of Partnership in Health and Nutrition

Seremban, Negeri Sembilan – September 18, 2025 – Yakult Malaysia and the Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) proudly celebrate more than a decade of meaningful collaboration in advancing nutritional health and wellness nationwide. This milestone celebration, held today at the Yakult Factory in Seremban, coincides with NSM’s 40th anniversary and Yakult’s 90-year global legacy, marking a combined 130 years of excellence in health and nutrition.

Since 2008, Yakult Malaysia has been a strong supporter of NSM’s flagship initiatives, including Nutrition Month Malaysia (NMM), the NSM Scientific Conference, and the Probiotics Education Programme (PEP). In 2025, the collaboration expanded to include the Malaysia School Nutrition Promotion Programme (MySNPP), further strengthening their shared mission to promote public health education.

“Our journey with NSM has grown from sponsorship to a strategic alliance focused on community impact,” said Mazlyn Mena, Associate Director of Public Relations & Science, Yakult Malaysia. “Together, we have reached thousands of Malaysians through scientific education, outreach programmes, and nationwide awareness campaigns,” she added.
