2. Campaign period : 1st November – 31st December 2022
ELIGIBILITY
3. The campaign is open to all residents residing in Malaysia only (“Eligible Participant”).
4. Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates and/or related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
PARTICIPATION METHOD
5. To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following:
i) Book a Physical or Virtual Factory Tour session via Yakult Malaysia website (www.yakult.com.my).
ii) Post a review that is not less than 15 words of the tour session on social media. The review shall include either photos or videos taken during the tour, tag
@yakultmalaysia and include hashtag #yakultmalaysia #jalanjalancariyakult.
Take a screenshot of the review.
(Example: “Yakult Factory Tour is exciting because……Thank you @yakultmalaysia!” #yakultmalaysia #jalanjalancariyakult)
iii) Submit complete details via Campaign microsite that can be accessed via Yakult Malaysia website.
iv) Every valid entry is entitled to receive ONE (1) set of Yakult Stainless Steel Straw Set, while stocks last.
v) FIVE (5) best review will be selected by the Organiser to receive Touch N Go reload worth RM50 each.
6. Each Participant is only eligible to submit ONE (1) review and receive ONE (1) prize during the Campaign period.
7. Entries received after the Campaign period are invalid.
8. Entries that are not genuine or duplicated submissions will not be entertained.
9. Winners will be contacted by the Organiser for prize arrangement. Organiser will not be responsible for any damage of prizes due to poor handling during delivery process or delivery made to incorrect address due to inaccurate details provided by Winners.
10. Failure to provide complete information requested by the Organiser will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes won.

12. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable, or redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prize except by the Organiser, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
13. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notice.
14. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any law suits, claims, losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees that may be arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
15. The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. Please read the Terms & Conditions before participating.
16. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, and grant the Organiser and their partner companies the use of data collected through the Campaign, likeness, biographical data and statements for purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any advertising of the Campaign, publicity and other materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
